The hotel is centrally located and has friendly staff. the rooms are clean and have good amenities, including fast Wi-Fi and spacious showers. They also provide mini-vans for easy travel around the city.

The beds were uncomfortable and there was a strange smell in the room. We had to leave the windows open to get rid of it.

The hotel is located in a residential area with a nice view from the windows. The room was clean and had good amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated the friendly staff.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. The beds were uncomfortable and the room had a strange smell that we couldn't get rid of.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the hotel has a great location. Friendly staff members like Grigoriy and Rafael were always there to help, and the room was clean and well-furnished. the breakfast buffet had some good options, such as delicious omelets made to order, and the bus station was close by.

The location was not very convenient for people with disabilities who use a wheelchair or push.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us with everything from check-in to finding local attractions and even helped us order food late at night. The room was spacious and clean, with modern furniture and a fantastic shower. The WiFi was also excellent, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. the service and comfort provided by this hotel were exceptional.
